SHIPMENTS TO ITALY
We rely on different couriers for our shipments depending on the weight, size and urgency reported by the customer in the order.
The couriers used are:
BRT: Once you entrust your order to BRT, BRT will undertake to provide you with all the necessary data to track the shipment via SMS and Mail.
Once you enter the tracking code you will be able to track the shipment and add additional delivery information.
TNT: Once you entrust your order to TNT, it agrees to provide you with the tracking code for your package.
Once you enter the tracking code you will be able to track your shipment and add additional information for delivery.
FedEx: Once you have entrusted FedEx with your order, FedEx agrees to provide you with all the necessary data to track your shipment via SMS and Mail.

DHL: Once you have entrusted your order to DHL, DHL agrees to provide you with all the necessary data to track the shipment via SMS and Mail.

The courier is committed to deliver all packages within 24/48h*.
Shipping time from order processing*:
3 to 5 business days.
*The times indicated are to be considered as indicative.
During August and November/December, customer service and shipping times may take longer than usual.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP to Russia.
Foreign shipping times
For European Union countries, deliveries are handled in 3/5 business days.
For all other destinations, shipments may take several days.
